How do I place an order?
We recommend ordering online; however if you have any questions please contact us directly or an authorized representative of our products. Additional shipping fees apply for HI, AK, & other areas outside lower 48 states.
How do I order online?
You can place your order anytime directly by selecting the mattress you wish to purchase and following through to check out. Once you have placed and order you should receive a confirmation email shortly after. Shipping, billing, and credit card information must be accurate to receive order confirmation.
How do I apply for financing?
If you plan on applying for special interest free financing please fill out our secure online form near the product you wish to purchase, terms and conditions apply. Most of our finance options are from third party banks. Once the form is submitted please follow through with the prompts.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Most orders are received within 7 – 14 business days. Most items ship within 72 hours and seasonal fluctuations that can speed up or slow down this process. Shipping delays caused by carriers are out of out control.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent email updates regarding the status of your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped. To track your order please log onto www.ups.com and include the tracking number have sent to you in your email.
